Mrs R     Victoria Park Cardiff-  Philip turned up on time. The room was spotless afterwards and he was happy to give advice. He removed plenty of soot and showed genuine concern.

 Mrs J     Whitchurch Cardiff - Philip came round 2 hours after I rang him. My wood burning stove had been smoking back the night before. He cleaned the flue and gave me advice on taking care of my fire wood to reduce the risk of further problems.
